I am starting this new website DIYDigital.Marketing in the form of a Blog. This is my first post.
I haven’t done any cost-benefit analysis prior to deciding to start this website. I saw a vacuum in the space of digital marketing guide for self-employed and SMEs and decided to fill-in.
I have a conviction that it will benefit a large number of people to leverage digital marketing to put their business in the path of profitability.
Over the years of my over 2 decades of experience, I saw a mismatch between the requirements of small businesses and self-employed and the services provided by digital marketing agencies.
With smaller businesses as customers, balance of power shifts in the favor of digital marketing agencies. Larger and enterprise size businesses hold the power of bargaining with these agencies. This leaves the smaller businesses, to some extent at the mercy of agencies.
A large number of such businesses I have spoken to, have some bitter experiences to share.
It need not remain that way! While, I have offered services to a good number of large customers through my agency, I always had an empathy for smaller businesses. For myself was the promoter of one such SME.
When I hit on the idea of starting a blog to help smaller businesses and self-employed, I immediately started with the process of creating this website. Digital Marketing for Dentists was my first post. It is a long post with over 4,000 words! But I have tried to keep its length to the minimum possible, while not losing the vitals of the guide.
If you support and engage with me, I will be encouraged to write more and cover more and more business verticals.
I am sure you will have friends and relatives who are engaged with most of the posts I have written and will be writing, my work will find merit if you share my posts with them.
